We are going through a massive upgrade. The high frequency that is leading this charge in our systems, is very powerful in its delivery. Our body physical, our brain, our mind, our emotions and our feelings, are being upgraded to a Light Frequency. This can cause discomfort, overwhelm, and short circuits in our system.

I have been feeling in the last week, strong movements in the Earth lines. It has started to get more active and intense. As I tune in to the movements of the Earth, I am drawn to different parts of the planet.

Through the many changes that we are going through, it is important to create a space daily, to ground, to come back to your centre, of being present in the moment. Keep it simple, and be kind to yourself.

There are many portals of change around us. Reality as we know it, will go through a fast, shape-shifting process. This could mean that there might be out of the blue events, a change of direction, or a massive shift in our consciousness.

There is so much happening in and around our lives that we can feel overwhelmed. We are going through tremendous changes, no matter who you are, as the large amounts of light, energies, and frequencies are entering our beings.

The old consciousness within us, can no longer be. Many are experiencing the intensity through their physical body. Different parts of our bodies are feeling the disruption of this dislodgement. It hasn’t been easy and at times, it has been overwhelming.

Everything that is occurring on the planet is a call to return to the way of the Divine Feminine Consciousness. Mother Earth is calling us to remember this way.

There's a lot of energy flying around us at the moment. This is causing tiredness and feeling all over the place. It's important to try and ground as much as possible.

If you can go into nature to listen, you will move in a completely new way in all areas of your life. When you go into nature, learn to let go of what burdens you, even if it is for a moment.

We are all connected through the life force of nature. We are feeling what is occurring on the planet. There is an interconnectedness that occurs within nature and, we are nature.
